Welcome! Thanks for visiting Leadership Seneca County. We are a community development initiative focused on improving the quality of leaders in Seneca County. Our class sessions are on the second Wednesday of every month. We'd like to thank Mr. Dale Thornton, CEO of Tiffin Mercy Hospital; Chris Harben, Training Consultant for Dale Carnegie; Carol Owen, WIA Administrator for Seneca County Department of Job & Family Services; Chris Widman, Executive Director of Good Shepherd Home; and Casandra Hetrick, of Firelands Counseling and Recovery Services for their presentations on Wednesday. They spoke about vision casting, Leader/follower alignment, and Health and Human Services available in Fostoria and Tiffin.
