| Session Dates Leadership Seneca County meets on the second Wednesday of each month, from 8:30 am to 4:00 pm. The meetings are held at various locations throughout the county. Training Sessions are for enrolled participants only. If you'd like to enroll in Leadership Seneca County, please contact us for an application. Someone will contact you and explain the program in detail. Paid members are welcome to attend Sessions, with advance notice.
